    We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we believe day care is not suitable for a dog.

  • Where a booking progresses beyond initial enquiry, services are provided subject to our Day Care Service Agreement, which sets out detailed terms governing dog care, health requirements, behaviour expectations, fees, liability and owner responsibilities.

    The Day Care Service Agreement is provided during the onboarding and booking process and must be accepted prior to services commencing.

    In the event of any inconsistency between these Website Terms & Conditions and the Day Care Service Agreement, the Day Care Service Agreement takes precedence.

  • Where collection and delivery services are offered, timings and arrangements will be agreed in advance. While we make every effort to meet agreed times, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

    Full terms relating to transport services are outlined in the Day Care Service Agreement.

    We reserve the right to refuse attendance if vaccination or health requirements are not met.
