We Love Dogs

There is nothing more we love than taking care of your dogs at our luxury dog day care centre, Chippenham. Whilst you are at work or away for the day, you can be assured that your best friend is safe and in good hands.

At The Country Mutt we encourage play and socialisation in an environment that has been created specifically with safety and care in mind. We love working with all ages of dogs from young puppies to the old timer and everyone inbetween.

All our dog handlers are trained in dog first aid, are DBS checked and hold multiple qualifications in animal care and behaviour. We take great care in making sure your dog is safe and cared for with us.

The Country Mutt can be found nestled in the Wiltshire countryside not far from the M4 J17. We are based on an 18 acre farm in a small village called Draycot Cerne.

Due to the secure nature of our dog day care centre visits and viewings are by appointment only. Please contact us to find out more about what we have to offer.

Happy Paws!

Charlie

My golden retriever Charlie loves this place so much! He gets picked up from home so I don’t have to worry, then he runs around and plays all day while I’m at work and gets dropped off sleepy and happy.

It’s a brilliant touch to see updates and videos of him during the day and all the puzzles he gets to suss out, keeping his mind engaged. truly couldn’t recommend them enough keep up the good work!

Rufus

Our little man loves The Country Mutt, we couldn’t recommend them more highly! Our boy Rufus has been going since he was a pup, he has grown into a very happy, sociable boy. He always comes home shattered as he’s had so much fun with his friends. 😊

Molly and Scout LOVE The Country Mutt!! Where a dog can be a dog. I cannot say enough about how kind and caring everyone is that works there. My Molly, who is very particular about day care, jumps out of the car, tail wagging, can’t wait to see all of her friends. Highly recommend!!

Merlot

Merlot absolutely loves it there. All the staff are great and clearly love what they do. He has loads of space to run around and quieter spots when need be and comes home tired so we know he has had a great time.

A gift of a place...

Country Mutt is a gift of a place for dogs and owners. They are absolutely brilliant; genuinely, I cannot recommend them highly enough. My Vizsla went as a young pup until we sadly moved away, but we’ve stayed in touch and they’ve still continued to help with lots of tips and advice. We miss seeing them enormously. If you are considering dog care, you cannot find better love and care.
