Busy mornings, long workdays and full diaries don’t have to mean missing out on quality care for your dog. Our collection and delivery service is designed to make day care simple, stress-free and flexible; for both dogs and their humans.

What the
service includes:

  • All dogs are transported in fully insured vehicles, set up with comfort and safety in mind. Journeys are planned carefully to keep travel calm and relaxed, with every dog secured appropriately.

  • Collection typically takes place from your home between 08:00–10:00, with delivery in the afternoon between 16:00–17:30. Timings are plotted against the route of other dogs in the same area.

    Self drop-off and pick-up is always welcome if you prefer - we just ask you work around our staff availability.

  • We know transitions matter. Collection and drop-off is handled by the members of the team that have cared for your dog all day; helping them feel settled and confident from the moment they leave home to the moment they return.

Please note: Prices for collection and delivery are per dog, per day and include VAT.

  • We aim to collect and deliver your dogs between:

    • Collections/pick-up between 0800 - 1000

    • Delivery/drop-off between 1600 - 1730

    Should we be later than our estimated times for collection or drop-off (for any reason!), we will make sure to let you know.

  • Not necessarily! If you’re out or travelling to work already, you can either supply us with a front door key. All keys supplied to us are secured in a key safe when not in use, and are not identifiable to your property.

    Alternatively, if you’d rather us not store a key ourselves - we’d suggest installing a key safe on your property and giving us the access code. All access codes are stored in a password-protected system, only accessible by our employees.

  • Not at all - it’s completely optional. Many clients choose to mix and match depending on their schedule.

  • Often yes, subject to availability. Just let us know as early as possible so we can plan routes safely.

  • Wherever possible, yes. Familiar faces help keep journeys calm and relaxed.

  • Easy! When you’re visiting the Client Portal, just add the Collection/Drop-Off service to your basket for the same days that you are requesting daycare services for.
